Gulf Watch Alaska
Gulf Watch Alaska, which began in 2012, is program that is monitoring the ecosystems affected by the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill in 1989. Since full recovery from the spill has yet to be achieved, Gulf Watch Alaska aims to gather long-term ecological information to provide information for management agencies’ decisions, scientific research and the general public. They are also making an effort to make their, their partners' and historical data accessible.
